Great service and quality
After calling office to ensure item was physically in stock (as had issue with another company I originally went too), I purchased online. Confirmation and update emails, followed by speedy delivery. Bought as a gift for my partner and he loves them.

I ordered a golf club 3 weeks ago which I have not received. The money has been taken from my account and I have left 4 emails and 2 voicemail messages with no reply. This is terrible customer service, either provide an update or refund.

Very poor quality of service
I ordered a Push Trolley for my son's birthday on 11th January 2022, well in advance of the date. The item showed up as being in stock but when I had heard nothing from Click Golf around a week later I contacted them to be advised that as I had opted for Standard Delivery it would be dispatched in the next couple of days to meet the delivery timeline. When this did not happen, I again contacted Click Golf only to be advised that the item had not actually been in stock at the time of placing my order and that they were awaiting it being shipped from Europe but could not give a date on which it would arrive. When I did receive notice of the shipment of the goods to me it came by way of an email from "Medway Golf Centre" with no details of the product which resulted in me having to do a bit of investigation to confirm what it was. The expected date of delivery was given as 31st January 2022 by the courier but this was changed to the following day originally without a time slot and it was eventually delivered on 1st February 2022 after 19.00. Overall, this was a most unsatisfactory experience with no proactive messages from Click Golf to explain what was happening and I would have known nothing without making enquiries which initially resulted in misinformation being provided.

Bad Experience
Bad Experience, I recently ordered a new cart bag online. The order was placed 4/3/22, order confirmation was received on 4/4/22. I recieved an e-mail 8/3/22 telling me the order was cancelled due to the product being "over sold", further more an apology saying "apologies for our incontinence" was attached. Not a good experience.
